[WEBINAR - 10 October 2024] Level up your NPO: Mastering the New IT3(d) submission process

it3d 2

Are you facing obstacles in submitting your new IT3(d) 18A information?  Do you need expert assistance with the https:// format or the new SARS submission interface?  Here is your chance to receive expert and practical guidance.

Section 18A of the Income Tax Act enables a taxpayer, who has made a donation, to claim a tax deduction up to a certain limit. SARS has tightened up systems in order to address fraud in this area and has increased the number of donor details that must be captured on Section 18A receipts and the submission process.

It is vital for nonprofit organisations (NPOs) to be aware of and comply with regulations affecting the sector, if you are to maintain good governance, continue to attract funding and maintain your Section 18A PBO status.

Inyathelo, which advises and trains NPOs on sustainability and resilience, and is a leading expert in NPO governance, is holding a follow-up practical webinar to update and educate the NPO sector about the latest requirements for the Section 18A tax exemption certificate and related IT3(d) submission process.

The webinar will be held in partnership with Turning Point Chartered Accountants, a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering comprehensive financial solutions for NPOs. The webinar leader will be Turning Point’s Director of Tax Ridhwaan Khan CA(SA), HDip (Tax), HDip (VAT), with input from Turning Point Partner Reza Amra CA(SA), BCom, BCom Honours (Acc) and Inyathelo Financial Director Soraya Joonas BSc Hons Accounting, MBA.

This practical hands-on session will help troubleshoot issues you may be having.
